PPR pipes for compressor air systems, they can be used for distributing compressed air, provided the pipe system is specifically rated and approved for the operating pressure and temperature.
PPR pipes from a compressor
Typical arrangement:
Compressor → Air receiver → Dryer/Filter → PPR compressed-air main line → Drops → Pneumatic equipment
Advantages:
Corrosion and rust resistant
Smooth internal surface, reducing pressure loss
Lightweight and easy to install
Heat-fusion joints provide leak-resistant connections
Low maintenance
Suitable for many factory compressed-air distribution applications
Important: PPR should not automatically be connected directly to the hot compressor discharge. The discharge temperature can be high, so use suitable rated piping/material near the compressor and verify the PPR manufacturer's pressure-temperature rating.
For Prince PPR, I can also explain the recommended PPR pipe and fittings arrangement for a compressor room.
